Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST)
A gentle hands-on therapy, with the receiver fully clothed, offering support for the nervous system.
Service Description
Initial appointments begin with up to 10 minutes of an initial intake. Approximately 45 minutes of the session will be on the table, then a debrief at the end to share any discoveries or curiosities that may have arose throughout the session. Receivers can expect gentle, very still hands-on placements of anywhere from 2 minutes to 30 minutes in one placement. Some receivers find this work deeply restful and restorative, and some find this work inspiring and invigorating. Consent will be negotiated throughout the session, to ensure that the receiver is completely aware and collaborating with the practitioner throughout this time together.
